Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to join our team. Your role will include managing accounting, tax, and management reporting, ensuring the financial stability and efficient operation of the clinic. You will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and making important management decisions.

Location: Lviv, 2B Haidamatska Street
Working hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the clinic’s accounting in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation; develop and optimize accounting policies.
• Prepare and submit tax reports, ensure timely payment of taxes, and liaise with regulatory authorities.
• Process payroll, manage social contributions, and prepare financial statements for management and external auditors.
• Manage financial flows: control profit and loss (P&L), cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare regular management reports and analytics; participate in financial and strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key financial indicators, analyze cost efficiency, and provide recommendations to improve financial results.
• Ensure compliance of financial statements with corporate standards; participate in internal and external audits.
• Maintain effective communication between the clinic and the corporate finance department, adapting corporate requirements to local specifics.

• Provide financial consulting to management, support internal initiatives, and promote financial discipline within the organization.

   

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or Chief Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation.
• Experience with 1C BAS (development and implementation).
• Understanding of management accounting and financial planning.
• Willingness to work not only with the clinic but also with a charitable foundation and an NGO.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, responsibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and implement changes.
