Junior Strong/Middle Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented IT Recruiter who is ready to take ownership of the recruitment process and influence hiring decisions. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with decision-makers, close complex technical roles, and grow your expertise in a fast-paced IT environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong skills in sourcing and headhunting, including passive candidates.
• Ability to conduct structured HR interviews and assess both hard & soft skills.
• Confident objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, and other sourcing tools.
• Experience building and maintaining a talent pool for future vacancies.

• Upper-Intermediate+ English (spoken & written).

   

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from vacancy briefing with hiring managers to job offer acceptance.
• Create clear, attractive, and targeted job descriptions.
• Actively source candidates using multiple channels and creative search methods.
• Conduct pre-screening calls and HR interviews, assessing cultural fit and motivation.
• Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely feedback loops.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and track recruitment metrics.

• Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and IT communities.

   

Interview stages:

1. Recruitment interview (30 minutes)
2. Technical interview (1–1.5 hours)
