IT Recruiter
Dataforest is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. You will be working on diverse technical positions, helping us grow our development teams and strengthen our talent base.
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of experience as an IT recruiter/researcher.
- Experience in sourcing and closing technical roles in an IT company or agency.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, GitHub, and other professional platforms.
- Knowledge of Boolean/X-ray search techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
Nice to have:
- Experience in hiring Data Engineers or Data Scientists.
- Established candidate network in data-related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, feedback, and closing offers.
- Actively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional communities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics to analyze efficiency and improve processes.
