VIP Promo Manager

We are looking for a Middle VIP Promo/Event Manager to deliver exceptional experiences for our VIP clients — from creative promos to exclusive gifts and unforgettable events. If you enjoy working with high-value clients, have an event-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of audience motivation — this role will keep you inspired.

 

What you will do:

  • Launch internal VIP promo campaigns, tournaments, and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with retention managers and VIP accounts to design personalized promo mechanics.
  • Maintain the activity calendar and coordinate with designers, support, and the BI team.
  • Monitor engagement, spend, and campaign performance.
  • Keep a strong focus on creativity and stay one step ahead of competitors.
  • Analyze ROI, prepare post-campaign reports, and improve approaches.

     

Our ideal candidate:

  • Experience in B2C marketing, campaign management, or event organization (especially in e-commerce or event marketing).
  • Understanding of retention marketing and client motivation patterns.
  • Skills in creating event scenarios, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Experience managing gifts and logistics, including client geography considerations.
  • Independence, multitasking, and idea generation.
  • Excel / Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, basic analytics (ROI, uplift, CPA).
  • CRM systems: Customer.io, Optimove, Smartico, NetRefer — or others.
  • Analytics tools: reading dashboards in Tableau, Looker, Power BI.
  • Presentation tools: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva.
  • Briefing designers and copywriters — from idea to final material.
  • Experience with delivery services — will be a plus.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience working with VIP clients.
  • Understanding of client cycle terminology and logic (wagering, turnover, bonuses, retention phases).
