Strong Middle UI/UX Designer (freelance, networking)

Tallium is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer.
In the near future, we expect to start new, exciting, long-term projects,
so we need to strengthen and expand our teams.

We are interested in building a network with experienced designers who have a good level of English for further cooperation in various formats — freelance, project-based collaboration, part-time with the possibility of expanding to full-time.

Format:
Networking for project cooperation, freelance, part-time with the possibility of expanding to full-time.

Remote work or an office in Kyiv if desired.

Cooperation — sole proprietorship (FOP) or gig contract.

You are a great fit if you have:
 

• 3+ years of experience designing mobile and web applications
• Advanced Figma skills: auto-layouts, prototypes, creation and maintenance of design libraries
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
• Ability to create clear information architectures (sitemaps, app maps)
• Creativity combined with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and self-presentation skills
• Team spirit: open to feedback and collaboration
• Proactiveness in suggesting and implementing solutions
• Strong time-management and organizational skills

Would be a Plus:
 

• UX/UI principles: solid grasp of user-centered design and related methodologies
• Visual hierarchy: structures content effectively, distinguishing primary and secondary elements
• Accessibility: basic understanding
• Animations: creates simple animations (Figma/Principle/After Effects)
• Audience analysis: experienced in User Personas, Flows, and Interviews
• Analytical thinking: prioritizes tasks, draws data-based conclusions
• Innovative: stays up to date with design trends

  Responsibilities:

• Design of interfaces in preset style and also from scratch;

• Prototypes creating;

• Participation in meetings with the customer and interaction with a team;
