Junior Recruiter

We’re looking for a friendly, curious, and detail-oriented person to help us find great people for our team. If you enjoy talking to people, know your way around LinkedIn, and want to grow in recruitment — we’d love to hear from you. This role is a great fit for someone with little experience who wants to develop skills in IT recruitment.

DevHandler is a development team specialising in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects. We work with clients worldwide and are now expanding our team.

What You’ll Do

• Search for candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Write friendly and engaging messages to potential candidates
• Keep our candidate database up to date
• Schedule calls and follow up with applicants

Requirements

• Some experience (or strong interest) in sourcing/recruitment, especially via LinkedIn
• Good communication skills in English & Ukrainian
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in sourcing/recruitment
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools

We Offer
