We’re expanding our Lead Generation team at 8allocate and are looking for a motivated, ambitious specialist who’s ready to grow with us. About the Team:
You’ll be part of a young, creative, and fast-evolving team made up of:
- 3 Lead Generation Managers
- 1 Head of Lead Generation
- 2 Sales Managers
- A closely integrated Marketing team

Requirements:
- At least 1+ years of experience in lead generation or a similar role;
- Experience working in an IT company and knowledge of the current market;
- Experience with CRM systems;
- A work ethic that focuses not only on targets but on results;
- Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation platforms (examples: Snov.io, Amplemarket, Apollo, Neverbounce/Zerobounce, Crunchbase, Phantombuster, LeadIQ, Lusha, Woodpecker.co, Reply.io, Expandi, Clay.io, etc.);
- A creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for innovation and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the creation and management of lead capture and nurturing systems, using CRM systems, AI sales automation tools, and other marketing techniques and tools;
- Coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on lead generation goals and activities;
- Analysing market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and challenges for lead generation;
- Researching and identifying the most useful sources and resources to find leads, such as online platforms, databases, events, etc.;
- Updating and maintaining the current warm database of leads and prospects, ensuring data quality and accuracy;
- Reporting and tracking the performance and results of lead generation campaigns and activities, using data and insights to optimise and improve lead generation efforts;
- Working not only with cold search but with a lot of networking sources from where leads are converted faster;
- Following established sales plans for bringing in new business and doable KPIs and targets.
