Financial Analyst

Client/Project: The client is a leading provider of high-frequency trading solutions and is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FinOps Support Specialist to assist their Financial Operations team. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of trade validation, P&L reconciliation, and market infrastructure processes.

You will be working closely with their Finance and Operations teams to ensure daily and monthly financial accuracy across core trading metrics and workflows.

Working time: Monday - Friday.

They have people in the USA, Ukraine, and Israel.
Offices in Israel and the USA.
Department: Financial Operations.
English: Advanced.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in financial operations, preferably in trading or capital markets environments;
• Strong familiarity with trade lifecycle, financial reconciliations, and market infrastructure systems;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage recurring tasks with accuracy;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Familiarity with data tools or SQL is a plus;
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Strong English speaking/writing.

Responsibilities:
1. Perform daily validations of trading and operational data, including:

• Realized P&L tracking and verification;
• Fee validations;
• Broker P&L reconciliation;
• Dividend monitoring and validation;
• Overnight position checks.

2. Support Monthly Statement Reports (MSR) processes:

• Assist in the creation and validation of MSRs;
• Ensure timely reporting and alignment with the finance team's requirements.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, flag discrepancies, and help streamline reporting workflows.
4. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across FinOps processes.
