DevHandler is a development team specialising in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects. We operate in a niche market where every outreach must be highly personalised and focused on building long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify relevant companies and decision-makers (LinkedIn, Upwork, other channels)
- Run personalised outreach campaigns (no mass/spam messaging)
- Test new niches and outreach hypotheses
- Register and grow LinkedIn profiles for outreach activities
- Set up and manage automated outreach pipelines
- Create and optimize outreach sequences for different channels
- Track results and report on lead quality & conversion
- Conduct initial qualification calls (BANT)
Requirements
- 2+ years of Lead Generation experience in IT (B2B, outsource/outstaff)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, Expandi.io, Hubspot/Pipedrive, Zoho CRM
- Upper-Intermediate+ English (spoken & written)
- Experience with lead qualification frameworks (BANT or similar)
Nice to Have
- Experience with large projects ($50–100K budgets)
- Experience running LinkedIn/Facebook Ads
