Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Researcher Offline

DevHandler is a development team specialising in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects. We operate in a niche market where every outreach must be highly personalised and focused on building long-term partnerships.


What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify relevant companies and decision-makers (LinkedIn, Upwork, other channels)
  • Run personalised outreach campaigns (no mass/spam messaging)
  • Test new niches and outreach hypotheses
  • Register and grow LinkedIn profiles for outreach activities
  • Set up and manage automated outreach pipelines
  • Create and optimize outreach sequences for different channels
  • Track results and report on lead quality & conversion
  • Conduct initial qualification calls (BANT)


Requirements

  • 2+ years of Lead Generation experience in IT (B2B, outsource/outstaff)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, Expandi.io, Hubspot/Pipedrive, Zoho CRM
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English (spoken & written)
  • Experience with lead qualification frameworks (BANT or similar)


Nice to Have

  • Experience with large projects ($50–100K budgets)
  • Experience running LinkedIn/Facebook Ads
