- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript

- Ability to navigate and discern when to use different popular Node.js frameworks

- Experience in backend development using Node.js

- Knowledge and application of REST API principles

- Experience with relational and non-relational databases

- Experience with popular frontend libraries such as ANTD

- Experience integrating with various third-party systems

- Understanding of Git (beyond basic commits and the concept of a main branch)

- Basic knowledge of web security

- Integrate with external services and APIs with proper auth, retries, timeouts, and error handling.

- Design and maintain databases (schemas, indexes, migrations) and optimize queries.

- Diagnose, reproduce, and fix bugs.

- Create and maintain documentation.

- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions; propose improvements.

- Join team ceremonies and planning.

- Ensure data security and mitigate vulnerabilities.

- Optimize server and application performance.
