Site Reliability Engineer (product company)
Our client is a global leading provider of modular, Jira-native Strategic Portfolio and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools. Recognized as an Atlassian Enterprise Apps Partner of the Year (2023–2025), the company is continuously expanding its platform through strategic acquisitions (e.g., Roadmunk, Structure PPM, Alpha Serve) to deliver integrated time tracking, capacity planning, financial management, and BI integrations — all within Jira-centric workflows.
We’re looking for an experienced professional and a great team player who is excited to learn. In addition to working within the European SRE team that manages several companies' products, you’ll also be a member of the bigger Global SRE team, which is responsible for developing the core designs and standards.
What you’ll do:
- Design, build & maintain infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible)
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and improve delivery speed & quality
- Set up monitoring, alerting, and observability systems
- Participate in on-call rotation to support our applications
What we expect:
- 4+ years in SRE/DevOps/Infrastructure roles
- Strong AWS & Kubernetes skills
- Experience with automation, CI/CD, and monitoring tools
- English — Upper-Intermediate+
