Project Manager (Client-Facing, Design-Oriented)

We’re hiring a Project Manager who’s experienced in handling clients, organizing projects, and understands how to speak the language of designers. You’ll lead client communication and drive project coordination, working on 3–5 projects in parallel (usually a mix of large and small ones). This role is mostly about back-office work (docs, timelines, requirements) and high-quality communication.

🧩 What You’ll Do:

• Own all client communications, calls, and updates
• Write clear business and design requirement documents
• Translate vague client feedback into structured tasks
• Support designers/devs by clarifying scope and delivering context
• Coordinate 3–5 projects (1–2 large, 1–3 smaller)
• Track deliverables and deadlines, keep stakeholders aligned

✅ Requirements:

• C1/C2 English — you must sound fluent, ideally American-like (client expectation)
• 3+ years in project management (preferably in design/product/software)
• Confident understanding of UI/UX — enough to propose and evaluate ideas
• Hands-on experience with documentation, task tracking, and Agile-style workflows
• Able to operate independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities
