Senior Data Scientist with ML Engineering

We continue growing rapidly, so now we are looking for a proactive Senior Data Scientist with ML Engineering.
Responsibilities:
🔸 Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large-scale player data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for game improvement.
🔸 Machine Learning Model Development: Design, train, and deploy ML models for player segmentation, churn prediction, personalization, and game economy optimization.
🔸 ML Engineering: Build robust ML pipelines, optimize model performance, and ensure scalability in production environments.
🔸 Collaboration: Work closely with game designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate data insights into actionable features.
🔸 Innovation: Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, including deep learning and reinforcement learning, to enhance gameplay and engagement.
Requirements:
🔸 5+ years of commercial experience in data science and ML engineering.
🔸 Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
🔸 Hands-on experience with deploying ML models into production.
🔸 Proficiency in data processing frameworks (Spark, Airflow, or similar).
🔸 Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental design (A/B testing).
🔸 Experience working with large datasets and SQL/NoSQL databases.
🔸 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
🔸 Good communication and teamwork abilities.
