Senior Data Scientist/Analyst (Generalist)

We continue growing rapidly, so now we are looking for a proactive Senior Data Scientist/Analyst.

Responsibilities:

🔸 Data Exploration & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.

🔸 Business Intelligence: Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key game metrics and support strategic decisions.

🔸 Player Behavior Analysis: Identify trends, player patterns, and opportunities for engagement improvement.

🔸 Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and evaluate experiments to optimize gameplay features and monetization strategies.

🔸 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, game designers, and developers to ensure data informs decision-making.

🔸 Process Improvement: Develop and implement data processes and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

🔸 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
🔸 Proficiency in SQL and strong experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
🔸 Strong skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
🔸 Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
🔸 Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines.
🔸 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
🔸 Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
