Lead Generation and Engagement Specialist, Ukraine

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for converting LinkedIn followers and webinar registrants into qualified discovery calls for our RPO services. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of lead nurturing, outbound messaging, and marketing automation.

Your performance will directly impact the sales pipeline and company revenue. 

 

This role offers a clear growth path toward becoming an SDR in the near future.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn outreach & nurturing:

  • Connect with all new webinar attendees and page followers within 48 hours.
  • Send a personalized 5-step DM sequence to each lead.
  • Track responses and follow up using CRM.
  • Monitor engagement with LinkedIn content (likes/comments on posts).
  • Log all activity and notes in Nimble CRM.

2. Email campaign management:

  • Segment webinar leads by topic or pain point.
  • Launch a 4-step email drip campaign per segment (copy provided).
  • A/B test subject lines and email CTAs.
  • Monitor open/click/reply rates weekly.
  • Keep lead status updated (interested, warm, not now, unsubscribed).

3. Calendar & call booking support:

  • Include a Calendly link in all communications.
  • Follow up to confirm booked calls.
  • Reschedule or triage leads as needed.
  • Notify the Sales Executive or Account Manager of confirmed discovery calls.

4. Lead qualification:

  • Ask 2−3 basic questions if unsure whether a lead is a fit.
  • Disqualify leads that do not match ICP (wrong region, role, industry, etc.).
  • Tag qualified leads in CRM for follow-up.

5. Tracking funnel metrics and reporting on a weekly basis.

 

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in sales support, B2B lead generation, or marketing.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and the ability to quickly learn new tools like Nimble CRM and Calendly.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Nice to have: Experience in RPO, recruiting, or HR tech.

 

You’re successful in this role when:

  • Сonsistently book 20+ discovery calls per month (monthly KPI).
  • Qualified leads convert into revenue.
  • LinkedIn and email outreach are personalized, fast, and helpful.
  • Sales has a healthy pipeline and minimal no-shows.
