Project Manager

Key Responsibilities 

  • Sprint planning, retro, synchronization.
  • Ensures transparency and prioritization of tasks.
  • Increases the speed and manageability of development.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Coordinate between stakeholders, development teams, and clients to define scope, priorities, and objectives
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication across all stakeholders and teams
  • Track project performance against KPIs, milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, user stories, use cases, and reports
  • Gather and formalize business requirements, ensuring they are translated into clear, actionable tasks for technical teams
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology: understand client needs, pain points, and requests, grasp the underlying business logic, and convey it in a structured way to developers
  • Ensure compliance with NDA, confidentiality, and internal standards
  • Manage change requests and facilitate issue resolution
  • Foster collaboration, alignment, and accountability to meet project goals and client expectations
     

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development (agency or outsourcing background preferred; product experience is a plus)
  • Strong track record of managing projects with multiple internal and/or external clients
  • Hands-on experience with requirements management: gathering, formalizing, documenting, and writing user stories / use cases
  • (Big advantage) Background in Business Analysis or close collaboration with BAs
  • Strong ability to work with business stakeholders: capturing needs, identifying pain points, and understanding business logic, then converting it into clear requirements for development teams
  • Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to perform in environments of incomplete data, shifting priorities, and dynamic contexts
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
