Marketing Manager (PPC, SEO, Analytics)

The US-based company specializing in the automotive sales industry is broadening. The core mission is to provide a seamless car-buying experience for customers through digital marketing, optimized websites, and strong lead management systems.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Collaborate with contractors to execute marketing initiatives and deliver high-quality results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platforms such as Google AnalyticsMeta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct SEO audits, competitor research, and keyword analysis to support organic growth strategies.
  • Help prepare performance reports, draw insights, and propose action steps based on analytics.
  • Coordinate and review content prepared by external copywriters and designers.
  • Participate in email marketing initiatives (strategy and implementation support).
  • Maintain and improve internal marketing documentation and reports.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the company’s websites: Rollsauto.com and HarrisburgMitsubishi.com, to ensure SEO and PPC strategies are effectively implemented and optimized.
  • Track leads and conversions using internal CRM and DMS systems, identifying drop-offs and opportunities for improvement across the customer journey.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on website traffic, lead sources, campaign effectiveness, and conversion metrics.
  • Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to align marketing efforts across both owned and partner platforms.

 

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven results (portfolio required).
  • Solid understanding of PPC advertisingSEO principles, and basic marketing funnel concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms: Facebook/Instagram AdsLinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4)GTM, and data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with or knowledge of the US B2C market.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices is a plus.

 

Work Conditions

  • Remote, full-time position
  • Fixed schedule aligned with New York time zone (EST)
  • Direct report to the CEO
  • Collaboration with external contractors (copywriters, designers, etc.)
