Marketing Manager (PPC, SEO, Analytics)
The US-based company specializing in the automotive sales industry is broadening. The core mission is to provide a seamless car-buying experience for customers through digital marketing, optimized websites, and strong lead management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Collaborate with contractors to execute marketing initiatives and deliver high-quality results.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct SEO audits, competitor research, and keyword analysis to support organic growth strategies.
- Help prepare performance reports, draw insights, and propose action steps based on analytics.
- Coordinate and review content prepared by external copywriters and designers.
- Participate in email marketing initiatives (strategy and implementation support).
- Maintain and improve internal marketing documentation and reports.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the company’s websites: Rollsauto.com and HarrisburgMitsubishi.com, to ensure SEO and PPC strategies are effectively implemented and optimized.
- Track leads and conversions using internal CRM and DMS systems, identifying drop-offs and opportunities for improvement across the customer journey.
- Provide regular updates and insights on website traffic, lead sources, campaign effectiveness, and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to align marketing efforts across both owned and partner platforms.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven results (portfolio required).
- Solid understanding of PPC advertising, SEO principles, and basic marketing funnel concepts.
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms: Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and data visualization/reporting tools.
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Experience working with or knowledge of the US B2C market.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of email marketing best practices is a plus.
Work Conditions
- Remote, full-time position
- Fixed schedule aligned with New York time zone (EST)
