Lead Python Developer Offline

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Python software solutions
• Manage and mentor a team of developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing
• Oversee version control processes 
• Implement containerization strategies 
• Maintain and optimize relational database interactions
• Apply object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Facilitate adherence to software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Drive continuous improvement in development practices
• Coordinate releases and deployments on cloud platforms
   

Requirements

• Experience in Python software development with 5 or more years of practice
• 1+ years of leadership experience in software projects
• Background in working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies
• Understanding of relational database systems
• Competency in object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, both spoken and written
