Lead Python Developer Offline

We are looking for a skilled Lead Python Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Python development and a keen interest in advancing the AI field. This role includes contributing to the creation of an agentic platform and delivering AI-powered solutions for clients. A background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, and similar technologies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-focused solutions for the AI Migration Pilot project
• Align technical solutions with business objectives in collaboration with the Solution Architect (SA), Development Lead, and other team members
• Integrate AI technologies into existing systems and platforms
• Perform code reviews to maintain high coding standards and adherence to best practices
• Resolve technical issues while ensuring platform stability and performance
• Keep up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into ongoing projects
• Modernize legacy code with AI/Run Codemie capabilities, leveraging LangGraph technologies
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to support their professional growth
   

Requirements

• Proven background in Python software development
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and LangGraph
• Strong analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Motivation to advance in the AI sector
• Familiarity with coding and prompt engineering methods

• Capability to interpret and modernize legacy code
