UI/UX Designer (Middle+) to $2500 Offline

The duration of the contract is till the end of March 2026 with a possibility of extension (subject to approval and implemented deliverables during a previous deployment).

For contracting (after the job offer is made), the selected candidate is expected to be registered as a Private Entrepreneur of the 3d group (consultancy services).

Citizenship:    Ukraine.

Language Requirements:    

Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian, ability to speak and write clearly.
Upper-intermediate or higher level of written and spoken English.

The Role:    

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive UI/UX Designer to support development of the ProjectUA, IT tool aimed to automate processes within the Government of Ukraine, including strategic planning, monitoring, reporting, data analytics and evaluation of planning and program documents of the Government of Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities:
●    Conduct structured interviews, surveys and usability tests; develop detailed user personas and journey maps that reflect real workflows and decision points.
●    Translate complex processes into clear wireframes and interactive prototypes.
●    Design screens and components in Figma, leveraging components, variants and styles.
●    Establish, document and maintain a shared design system.
●    Present design concepts and rationale clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
●    Work closely with product managers, developers and government partners to ensure design feasibility and alignment.

Required Qualifications:    

Experience:
●    3+ years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience on web-based products.
●    Proven track record of building design systems from scratch or leading major redesigns.
●    Proficiency in Figma (components, constraints, variants, collaborative libraries).
●    Strong background in interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
●    Upper-intermediate (B2+) or higher in written and spoken English.
●    Experience with large scale CRM systems would be an asset.
