Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer with a strong focus on UI/UX and experience designing complex, compliance-driven products. This is a great opportunity for a creative professional who wants to contribute to building impactful digital solutions in the RegTech domain for a global product team

What You'll Do:

• Creating clean, user-friendly interface designs for web-based compliance and telecom solutions.
• Turning concepts into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI mockups.
• Running user research sessions and usability tests to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Collaborating with product managers to ensure design aligns with business priorities and regulatory needs.
• Working closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth handoff and practical implementation.
• Embedding compliance and legal standards into the design without sacrificing usability.
• Maintaining and evolving a unified design system across multiple products.
• Keeping up with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.
• Proactively suggesting design improvements based on competitive analysis and user behavior
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design roles, ideally in telecommunications or compliance-driven industries.
• Proficient with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design techniques.
• Experience designing within regulated environments, where legal and policy constraints must be considered.
• Ability to create and test wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like InVision, Axure, etc.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English - upper-intermediate or above
   

Nice to Have:

• Background working within Agile product teams and experience collaborating across distributed teams.
• Exposure to telecom systems, compliance UI patterns, or complex data visualization.
• Experience building and scaling design systems for multi-product platforms.

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) to better collaborate with development teams
