☀️ About the role:
We are looking for an Amazon Operation Brand Manager to lead and optimize performance across Amazon and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for strategy and analysis but also for hands‑on operational management of accounts and product listings.
This role includes owning sales performance and margin targets, managing account health and compliance, and executing operational tasks—from listing setup to content updates and troubleshooting.

✳️ Schedule: Monday - Friday (10:00 am - 6:00 pm) (GMT +1)
🔍 Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts (Private Label) with direct responsibility for conversion, profit, and sales growth.
✅ Experience with other marketplaces (e.g. Walmart, eBay) is a plus.
✅ Deep understanding of Amazon algorithms, ranking factors, conversion optimization tools, traffic-driving mechanics, and growth tactics.
✅ Strong hands-on knowledge of Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Helium10, and A/B testing tools.
✅ Solid background in marketing and communication: experience working with traffic channels, product content, ratings, and reviews.
✅ Proven experience creating and managing listings, variations, and resolving operational issues through direct marketplace support.
✅ English level B2 - C1: able to confidently handle written communication, calls with Amazon support, and keep skills up to date via reading and video resources.
✅ Personal qualities: independence, initiative, accountability, high productivity, and a strong professional mindset. Quick to learn new tools and committed to continuous improvement.
🎯Responsibilities:
❇️Sales & Performance Ownership
- Ensure sales and margin targets are met across Amazon and other marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, HomeDepot).
- Maintain planned TACoS levels and overall account profitability.
- Monitor key listing and advertising metrics to evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Control keyword rankings and implement tactics to reach and maintain Bestseller status in category.
❇️Listing & Conversion Optimization
- Manage listing SEO and content performance across platforms.
- Plan and execute A/B tests for titles, images, bullet points, and keywords.
- Coordinate with traffic and content teams to align efforts with performance goals.
- Operate Amazon promotions: coupons, discounts, Lightning Deals, etc.
- Track rating trends, customer feedback, Voice of the Customer, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
❇️Operational Account & Listing Management
- Oversee account setup, listing creation, variations, categorization, and content uploads.
- Work with flat-files and backend tools to maintain listing accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
- Communicate with marketplaces on reimbursements, categorization, compliance violations, hijackers, and other issues.
❇️Internal & External Coordination
- Set clear goals and KPIs for PPC and content team members (in-house and outsourced).
- Supervise internal PPC execution (performed by a dedicated PPC specialist).
- Stay updated on marketplace rules and policies; prepare summaries for the internal team.
