Sales Manager — Design & Digital Products

OnePlusOne Solutions is a design-driven product studio. We build products people actually enjoy using — from UX strategy and branding to web and mobile development. We're currently looking for a Sales Manager to become the face of the company for our clients and partners.
 

What you'll do:

• Handle inbound leads and proactively seek out new opportunities
• Run intro calls and present our team and services — confidently and without scripts
• Understand client needs and shape proposals based on real scope
• Prepare and coordinate documentation: SoW, MSA, NDA, proposals
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients on active projects
• Manage leads and deals in HubSpot and our internal CRM
• Coordinate with PMs, designers, and developers
• Provide regular reporting to leadership
   

What matters:

• 2+ years in IT sales or client management
• Fluent English (C1+): you negotiate without an interpreter and write emails people actually want to read
• A solid grasp of what UX, UI, design systems, and prototypes are — not necessarily technical, but enough to hold a confident conversation with a client
• Experience with CRMs (HubSpot is a plus)
• Structured, self-driven, and able to juggle several deals at once
• Proactive: you don't wait for tasks — you spot opportunities and act
   

Nice to have:

• Experience selling design services or digital products
• Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, or other channels
• Experience preparing proposals and working with estimates
