LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

OnePlusOne Solutions is looking for a LinkedIn-focused Lead Generation Specialist to build and scale our outbound pipeline.

This is a specialized role — we’re looking for someone who deeply understands LinkedIn as a lead generation channel and knows how to turn outreach into real opportunities.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Build and manage end-to-end LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Set up and optimize outreach sequences (manual + automated)
  • Work with LinkedIn tools and paid features (Sales Navigator, automation tools, etc.)
  • Define and refine target audiences (ICP)
  • Personalize messaging and continuously improve conversion rates
  • Test hypotheses and scale what works
  • Handle initial conversations with leads when needed
  • Track pipeline and performance in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • Collaborate with the team on positioning and outreach strategy
     

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn lead generation as a primary channel
  • Hands-on experience building sequences, funnels, and outreach systems
  • Strong understanding of Sales Navigator and LinkedIn ecosystem
  • Ability to generate qualified leads, not just activity
  • Strong English (B2+/C1) — written and spoken
  • Structured, data-driven approach to outreach
  • High level of ownership and independence
     

Important:

  • This role is fully focused on LinkedIn
  • We’re not looking for a beginner or generalist — this is a mid+/senior-level position
  • You will directly impact pipeline growth and new client acquisition
