OnePlusOne Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our pipeline and bring in new clients through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online channels.

We’re a flexible international team working on design and development projects — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.
The work schedule is focused on the second half of the day (starting around 15:00) to align with international communication and meetings.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Search and bid on relevant jobs on Upwork from our verified agency profile
  • Research and engage potential leads on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through multiple channels
  • Track and enter lead data and activity in HubSpot
  • Keep documentation and reporting organized and up to date
  • Conduct intro calls with potential clients and hand over warm leads to the team
  • Collaborate closely with management to adjust strategies and priorities

     

Requirements:

  • Experience in lead generation and bidding on Upwork
  • Confident communication skills for holding intro calls with clients
  • Basic understanding of IT services and outsourcing
  • English level B2+ (written and spoken)
  • Attention to detail, structured workstyle, and consistency in reporting
  • Experience with HubSpot (or readiness to learn quickly)
  • Strong self-management and reliability

 

Format: Remote
Schedule: Oriented toward the second half of the day (starting ~15:00)
Workload: Available for both full-time and part-time
