Conference manager Offline

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Conference manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing a wide range of events, including conferences, partner dinners, collaborations, and parties.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Create innovative event concepts, including designing conference stands, organizing partner dinners, merch, gifts for partners, etc.
• Calculate, coordinate, and oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning.
• Search and work with contractors, negotiate terms, sign contracts, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Lead negotiations with event organizers, contractors, and vendors regarding stands, merchandise, and services.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Affiliate Marketing, Management, Design, and Finance, to align event objectives with overall business goals.
• Oversee all aspects of event preparation and on-site execution, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
• Provide logistical support for team travel, including hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and other travel-related needs.
• Manage the affiliate program's social media presence to enhance visibility and attract potential partners.
• Maintain thorough documentation of event planning and execution, and prepare detailed post-event reports.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• Proven experience in event orginiz in iGaming industry.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (at least B1).
• Experience with social media management is a plus.
