Product Marketing Manager only with Igaming Experience

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy Development

  • Creating long-term product development strategy for the company in alignment with business objectives
  • Defining development priorities for PPC campaign optimization tools
  • Implementing innovative solutions to improve advertising campaign results

Product Line Management

  • Overseeing development of internal tools (Bid Management, campaign automation, tracking systems)
  • Continuous updating and improvement of existing products such as CRM, analytics systems, or dashboards
  • Managing product lifecycle: from concept to scaling

Market and Audience Analysis

  • Researching the PPC market and advertising industry specifics
  • Analyzing competitors and their product solutions to implement best practices
  • Understanding the needs of media buyers, advertisers, and partners

Product Team Management

  • Creating reports for further use in implementation
  • Setting goals and objectives, monitoring their execution

Technical Integration and Innovation

  • Implementing bid automation algorithms and campaign optimization
  • Integrating anti-fraud systems for traffic quality monitoring

Analytics Work

  • Building effective PPC campaign analytics systems: from conversion tracking to ROI
  • Optimizing data processing workflows for rapid decision-making
  • Using analytics to increase profitability

Business Unit Collaboration

  • Close collaboration with media buying, analytics, and technical teams
  • Developing products that support advertising campaign scaling (e.g., keyword auto-selection tools, creative automation)
  • Ensuring interaction between product and operational teams

Budget Management

  • Planning and controlling budget for product development and maintenance
  • Evaluating economic efficiency of new tools and technologies
  • Allocating resources between products based on their priority

Product Performance Monitoring

  • Setting and achieving KPIs for each product (ROI growth, cost reduction, conversion improvement)
  • Regular updating and optimization of tools based on feedback from media buyers and analytics
  • Conducting tests and implementing results to improve product performance

Compliance with Gambling Industry Specifics

  • Considering legal and ethical aspects when creating products for gambling advertising
  • Developing solutions that comply with platform rules (Google Ads)
  • Implementing mechanisms to minimize risks of account and campaign blocks

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing, ideally within affiliate, iGaming, or AdTech.
  • Proven track record of developing and optimizing products for media buying or PPC environments.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, tracking systems (Keitaro, Voluum, etc.), and CRM/analytics tools.
  • Solid knowledge of market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product performance metrics.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (Tech, PPC, BizDev, Compliance).
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • English B2, Russian, Ukrainian fluent
