About the Role:
We’re looking for an IT Project Manager. Do you have technical or administrative skills? An irresistible desire to keep everything in order and the ability to figure everything out? You are welcome:)
You will:
- Communication with clients, clarifying technical product requirements
- Collaboration with designers, quality control of designers' work and deadlines
- Not being afraid to take responsibility and make decisions
- Writing documentation for projects
- Conducting research on the product, niche, and competitors
- Participating in creating User Flow and IT product structure
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, or Product Owner in an IT team
- English level B2 or higher
- Ability to organize team workflows
- Not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions
- Strong research and Google search skills
- Basic knowledge of Figma or Miro and ability to create low-fidelity prototypes
- Basic understanding of IT project structure development and UX/UI principles
- Understanding how software products work (logical thinking: ability to build logical chains of why and how things work, why it is designed this way, and what can be improved)
- Extreme attention to detail
- Structured and logical thinking
- Result-oriented mindset
- Ability to overcome obstacles and not afraid of challenges
- Mandatory requirement is understanding how AI works, the ability to work with AI tools, and the capability to find solutions for optimizing processes using AI
