Junior Technical Writer

We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team and create clear, concise documentation that empowers both end-users and developers to effectively leverage our MLOps platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between subject-matter experts and our customers by translating complex technical content into user-friendly guides, API references, and knowledge-base articles.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft and maintain comprehensive API documentation, developer guides, and FAQs.
• Interview software engineers and product managers to gather and validate technical details.
• Produce step-by-step tutorials, release notes, and “how-to” articles for new features.
• Enforce consistency with our documentation style guide and formatting standards.
• Review and edit contributions from subject-matter experts for clarity and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
• Experience with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grammarly) for content creation and editing.
• Experience with conducting technical interviews and extracting actionable information.
• Experience with documentation platforms (Confluence or similar).
• Experience with Git and Markdown. 
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira or similar).

Bonus Points For:

• Interest in AI or data science products.
• Background in software development or engineering fundamentals.
• Basic visual design skills for creating diagrams and annotated screenshots.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle.
