Lead Research Specialist (UpWork/LinkedIn) to $400

Key Responsibilities:
 

Monitoring the UpWork Platform

  • Daily analysis of new projects that match specific criteria (topic, budget, etc.).
  • Selecting high-quality and promising proposals for further processing by the team.

 

Working with LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Identifying authors of relevant posts and potential clients based on active UpWork listings.
  • Analyzing client profiles: company size, industry, role, online activity, and more.

 

Collecting Contact Information

  • Using specialized tools to find up-to-date client email addresses.
  • Verifying the accuracy and relevance of gathered information.

 

Managing Google Sheets

  • Maintaining a structured lead database: contacts, links, notes, and lead status.
  • Following a defined system of categorization, formatting, and updates.

 

Requirements:

  • Good command of English (Intermediate level or higher)
  • Experience working with UpWork and/or LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a plus)
  •  Attention to detail and analytical mindset
  •  Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, filters, formatting)
  •  Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
