Google Ads Manager

We’re looking for a Google Ads Manager to join our team and launch and scale performance marketing campaigns that will drive new user acquisition in Tier-1 markets.

🔧 Marketing Stack

 

Our marketing stack includes:

  • Google Ads as our primary paid acquisition channels (iOS focus).
  • Amplitude, RevenueCat, GA4, AppsFlyer for analytics, attribution, and cohort tracking.
  • Notion for documentation and task management.
  • Creative collaboration tools to brief, manage, and test ad assets.
     

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Own the UA strategy — design and execute a B2C product-led user acquisition strategy for Google & Meta Ads that meets strict unit economics (CAC < LTV, ROAS > 100%).
  • Build analytics foundations — collaborate with devs to integrate data from Amplitude, RevenueCat, GA4, and AppsFlyer into actionable dashboards.
  • Run and optimize campaigns — set up, manage, and scale ad campaigns across Google  Ads for Tier-1 markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia).
  • Track what matters — monitor budget pacing, DAU, MAU, ARPPU, CPI, CAC, ROAS, and ROI across all channels.
  • Brief and test creatives — create clear briefs for ad assets, analyze creative performance (hook rate, CPM, ERR), and iterate to improve results.
     

🧬 Who You Are

 

You’re a performance-first marketer who’s obsessed with numbers, thrives in high-growth environments, and understands that paid growth is a science and an art. You have:

  • 2+ years experience managing Google Ads — from account setup to scaling budgets.
  • Proven track record scaling budgets from $0 to $50K/month while maintaining positive unit economics.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills — comfortable digging into large datasets and making calls based on evidence.
  • Experience with Tier-1 markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia).
  • Proven experience in B2C marketing and scaling mobile apps is essential for this role 😊
  • A structured, creative approach to problem-solving and hypothesis testing.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for ad creative generation.
