Crypto Finance Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Finance Manager to join a fast-growing Crypto iGaming project. Launched just recently, the product is already scaling across Tier-1 markets and offers players full crypto-based functionality — with fiat-to-crypto conversion to be added soon. This is a unique opportunity to build financial processes from scratch, work directly with decision-makers, and grow into a key role in the company.

What You Will Do:

• Take full ownership of internal financial operations, including cash flow, P&L, budgeting, and plan-fact analysis
• Build financial tracking systems from the ground up, identifying gaps in the current setup and implementing optimized processes
• Reconcile and verify invoices 
• Manage project-level payments: initiate, track, and report on all transactions outside the parent company flow
• Own the budgeting and forecasting process, coordinating with operations and leadership teams
• Provide monthly financial reporting, including revenue, expenses, efficiency metrics, and breakdowns by category and source
• Analyze crypto volatility and provide suggestions on holding, converting, or reallocating funds across different coins
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives within the finance function
• Work in Google Sheets to create dashboards, templates, reports, and models to support decision-making

What Experience Is Important to Us:

• 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or Financial Controller
• Strong understanding of crypto operations and volatility; hands-on experience with crypto preferred
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is highly desirable
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and plan-fact analysis background
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively improve financial systems
• English level B1
