Trainee Talent Sourcer to $400

This role is essential to ensuring smooth sourcing operations and attracting top talent to support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
• Utilize various channels, LinkedIn, Djinni, Work.ua, Robota.ua, etc, to identify and engage passive and active job seekers;
• Screen and assess candidate profiles, resumes, and applications;
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; 
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to engage with potential candidates; 
• Understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies; 
• Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn);
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and knowledge of ATS systems or CRM; 
• At least an Intermediate level of English;
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies used in recruitment.
