- Database Accuracy: Maintain clean, well-structured lead lists in Google Sheets and HubSpot (our CRM), ensuring data freshness and relevance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the SDR team to iterate on research criteria and optimize lead quality based on conversion metrics.
- Market Intelligence: Capture trends, patterns, and competitive insights from your research to inform sales and marketing strategy.
What we look for (requirements)
- Previous experience with research, lead generation or a sales support role. Experience in B2B would be a strong plus
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail - you enjoy working with data and finding patterns.
- Highly organized, with a process-oriented approach and ability to manage large volumes of research without dropping quality.
- Confident using Google Sheets; familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo is a strong plus.
- Interested in growing a career in B2B market research, data analysis, or sales operations.
What We Offer

- A results-driven culture with clear KPIs and measurable impact.
- Opportunity to learn from a hands-on leadership team and experienced U.S. sellers.
- Flexible work setup (remote or hybrid).
- Career growth into data ops, sales operations, or outbound.
