AI Avatar Project Manager to $1200

Pitch Avatar (ROIFORCIO GmbH) is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy AI Avatar Project Manager to lead end-to-end client projects focused on AI-powered presentation avatars. This is a hybrid role combining client communication, solution design, content coordination, and programmable AI scenario creation. Ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable in front of a client and inside a structured workflow system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, onboarding, and training sessions
  • Gather client requirements and content (slides, branding, scripts, etc.)
  • Propose tailored AI avatar solutions and prepare commercial offers
  • Lead contract discussions and manage deal closure
  • Design and test programmable avatar scenarios (dialogs, triggers, logic flows)
  • Write and test prompt logic using internal tools and structured formats
  • Coordinate scriptwriting, voice/video recording, localization, and final presentations
  • Demonstrate results to clients, gather feedback, and ensure successful adoption
  • Document all meeting outcomes, tasks, and client updates in the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Manage tasks and collaboration using Jira and document knowledge in Confluence
  • Track progress and ensure timely delivery in coordination with internal teams

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in project/account/pre-sales/client success management roles
  • Experience preparing commercial offers and successfully closing contracts
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini)
  • Basic understanding of programming logic (JSON, JavaScript, Python – a strong plus)
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence is required
  • Must be diligent in logging communications, tasks, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to structure, write, and test dialogue flows and logic scenarios
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a distributed, fast-paced international team
