Business Analyst specializing in HR systems, required for the pre-project analysis phase
We are launching a strategic pre-project phase for the development of a large-scale HR system for an international client. The future solution will be a modular platform covering the entire employee lifecycle — from vacancy creation to offboarding.
The first phase is fully analytical: documenting current "as-is" processes, gathering requirements, and delivering a complete BRD/SRS/FRD package.
We’re looking for a business analyst who doesn’t just "write specs" but knows how to grow them from real business needs. Someone who can think systematically, communicate with top management, and translate complex scenarios into clear, actionable requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with HR specialists, leadership, and technical stakeholders
- Model business processes using BPMN/UML/block diagrams
- Prepare full documentation packages (BRD, SRS, FRD)
- Describe roles, access rights, permission matrices
- Collaborate closely with the tech lead to formalize product requirements
What matters most
- English — C1 level or higher, both written and spoken. This is a strict requirement.
- Experience in international or English-speaking projects — highly desirable
- Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst in complex IT projects
- Proven expertise in system documentation and process modeling
- Solid understanding of SDLC and collaboration with development teams
- Background in the HR domain (HRIS, ERP HR, ATS, LMS, etc.) — a strong plus
Tools
- BPMN/UML: Camunda, Miro, Lucidchart
- Documentation: Confluence, Notion, Google Docs
Why this project might be a great fit for you
- You’ll work at the core phase where the product architecture is defined
- You’ll have the opportunity to influence key decisions and design
- You’ll join a mature, no-micromanagement team with a clear scope and flexible hours
- There’s a strong potential for long-term collaboration after the pre-project phase
How to apply
