Middle/Senior BA for Solana project Offline

RedCat is looking for a strong Business Analyst to join the Discovery and build phases of a long-term Web2/Web3 project.

You’ll collaborate directly with the founders of an infrastructure-grade Solana platform aimed at redefining lottery transparency using zero-knowledge proofs and smart contracts.

We’re looking for someone sharp, precise, and proactive — who can shape the product from its foundational specs and stay on to guide delivery.

What You'll Do in the Discovery Phase

• Lead stakeholder interviews and document platform vision
• Map user flows, use cases, and roles for organizers and participants
• Formalize functional and non-functional requirements (SRS)
• Analyze regulatory and jurisdictional risks (esp. when real money is involved)
• Collaborate with tech lead to draft solution architecture and tech risks
• Analyze competing lottery and gaming platforms in Web3
• Align with design team on wireframes and early UX testing

Discovery Phase Deliverables:

• Vision & Scope Document
• Use Case Specs / User Stories
• System Requirements (functional + non-functional)
• Draft Solution Architecture
• Product Roadmap v0
• Wireframes (with UX team)
• High-level budget and timeline estimates

Required skills:

• 3–5 years of BA experience in software product teams
• Prior work with blockchain, Web3, fintech, or regtech
• Understanding of smart contracts (even high-level)
• Experience defining system requirements for complex platforms
• Understanding of REST APIs, data flows, and backend integrations
• Confidence running discovery interviews and workshops
• Strong technical writing skills (SRS, specs, documentation)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in early-stage or 0→1 product work

• UX, QA, or PM background
