Middle Strong/Senior UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a Middle or Senior UI/UX Designer to join a UK-based AI startup in the field of Wellness. We assembled a brand-new on-site t team to build the application from scratch. The product combines cutting-edge daily supplements with a clinical-grade laser device designed to slow skin aging. Planned AI features will personalize the user experience and track individual progress over time.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
• Deep understanding of modern UI/UX practices and tools.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment — fast-paced, result-oriented, and efficient.
• Passionate about AI technologies and aware of current trends in the field.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to independently push design solutions forward
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, enabling effective communication within an international team.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality designs for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Lead design projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Ensure the user experience is smooth, intuitive, and visually appealing.
