Graphic Designer

Peanut is not your average crypto brand. We’re a market-making and HFT infrastructure fund, partnering with protocols, foundations, and ecosystems across Solana, Berachain, Sonic, and Ethereum L2s. We design algorithmic liquidity systems and build execution rails for smart trading - from vanilla markets to complex auctions.

We need a designer who can translate this depth into clean, sharp, and memorable visuals - across digital, print, swag, and conference spaces.

Your Profile:

• You’re comfortable designing for web (Figma, Framer, or similar), social media, merch, and large-scale print formats (booths, posters, rollups).
• You understand the different logic and rhythm of each format — what works where, and why.
• You know how to prep files for production and print and did it before. Illustrator, CMYK, bleed, resolution, specs — not foreign words.

Initiative-first mindset:

• You don’t just wait for a brief — you come with ideas.
• You can offer 2–3 style directions without being asked.
• You collaborate with writers and devs, not just take handoffs.

Brand builder:

• You keep design systems tight and scalable.
• You evolve the brand without diluting it — balancing experimentation and identity.
• You understand that design is not decoration — it’s positioning.

You’ll help us:

• Design our core website and maintain visual consistency across new sections and partner pages
• Create social media visuals and assets for Twitter/X, Telegram, Instagram
• Prepare merch (shirts, stickers, hoodies) that our partners want to wear
• Build high-impact visual presence at IRL events — from booth walls to signage
• Maintain and evolve a lightweight design system across all touchpoints

Apply if:

• You have a strong portfolio with relevant web, social, and print projects
• You’ve worked with early-stage or crypto-native brands
• You’ve shipped booth or merch designs that went into production
• You’re fast, curious, and allergic to ugly things

Bonus points if:

• You’ve contributed to motion design, 3D, or dynamic web
• You know your way around Notion and GitHub (we’re async and structured)
• You’ve helped ship landing pages with a dev team
