Frontend Engineer - Wix Editor Offline

Job Description

As a frontend developer in the Wix Editor team, you'll play a key role in shaping one of our flagship products. You'll work on developing fundamental features, modernizing our infrastructure, and creating solutions that empower millions of users. In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Make technical designs for new features 
• Own one of the team’s products
• Work closely with designers, writers, QA engineers, and PMs (locally and abroad) to ensure that products are beautiful  and meet modern development best practices
• Advocate for improvements in the codebase 
• Pick your own challenges and grow in a direction of your choosing 

This is a hybrid position, and the team is expected to balance their time between in-office and remote work. This allows us to maintain the flexibility of remote work, with the added benefits of in-person collaboration. 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a frontend engineer 
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and TypeScript 
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable code and driving improvements 
• Good communication and analytical skills with a passion for learning and the ability to think critically
• Familiarity with tools like react-query or signals – an advantage
