Partnership Marketing Manager Offline
We are an outsourcing company partnering with fintech and crypto businesses. The Marketing Manager role is a part of a client project specializing in the cryptocurrency area. You’ll join a Marketing department team consisting of eight people.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Support CMO in B2B-marketing strategies: propose and test marketing hypotheses, develop and implement strategy proposals, as well as tactical marketing activities.
Direction Management: Creating and maintaining documentation, analysis, and optimization of marketing plans, etc.
Partnership Marketing: Identify and engage with potential partners, build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing marketing partners.
Management of marketing and PR campaigns: Planning and organization of social media presence, press release campaigns and testimonials, logo placements, offline and online events (AMA session, for example), and other promotional actions as a co‑brander. Maintain a live partner calendar and asset hub (logos, brand kits, messaging, case studies).
Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research, monitoring competition and general marketing trends in the market.
Budget and Analytics: Plan and manage budgets for marketing activities and events. Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports.
Requirements:
Experience: 4 years of experience in marketing.
Expertise: Proficiency in content coordination, PR, and event planning. Basic knowledge of SMM and SEO.
Domains: Knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and trends.
Languages: At least Upper-Intermediate English.
Tools: Confident user of HubSpot.
Soft skills: Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
