Junior Sourser Offline

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sourser with a solid understanding of IT roles and sourcing techniques. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fluent in English, and skilled at identifying top tech talent. You will have a direct impact on building strong candidate pipelines, conducting screenings, and collaborating with the recruitment team in a fast-paced, international environment.

 

Requirements

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken);
  • Experience in IT sourcing (research) or completed courses in recruiting/sourcing;
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies (programming languages, frameworks, databases, etc.);
  • Proficiency in Boolean and X-ray search techniques, as well as sourcing tools;
  • Ability to identify relevant candidate profiles and effectively attract top talent;
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Ability to manage deadlines and switch between tasks efficiently;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian (written and spoken) is required.

     

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant platforms;
  • Proactively identify potential candidates who match the required skills and qualifications for current job openings;
  • Corresponding with multiple English-speaking candidates throughout various stages of the sourcing pipeline;
  • Conducting screening calls with English-speaking candidates to assess fit;
  • Drawing up CVs of candidates in a corporate format;
  • Actively participating in team meetings conducted in English, including updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
