Senior UI/UX Designer to $3500 Offline

Responsibilities:
Drive the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.   
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).   
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Optimize designs for accessibility and responsiveness.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Specifically, design for and improve our customer facing websites, and internal tools.

Qualifications:
 

• Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify is a significant plus.   
• Advanced English is a must-have.
