You'll be working on one of our fast-growing products — Speals AI, an app for practicing spoken English with your personal AI tutor.
Briefly about the role:
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to help create effective advertising creatives for our products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to test new advertising approaches, work across multiple channels (Facebook, TikTok, Google), and influence product growth.
Your tasks:
- Developing advertising concepts for our products.
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify new ideas.
- Writing tasks for designers and UGC creators to execute concepts.
- Evaluating creative effectiveness and optimizing performance.
- Participating in brainstorming meetings and retrospectives.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in creating advertising creatives.
- Understanding of performance marketing and key advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok).
- Ability to analyze creative performance (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS).
- Experience in conducting competitor research.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
