About the Role

We are hiring a Business Central Consultant to support the rollout and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for a Swiss-headquartered software outsourcing group operating across multiple international entities. The position is fully remote and will be delivered via a consultancy acting as an umbrella company.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in line with group-wide financial and reporting requirements.
• Support system rollout across multiple legal entities and geographic locations.
• Assist with data migration, UAT, end-user training, and go-live support.
• Provide ongoing second-line support and issue resolution for Business Central users.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure effective system adoption and performance.

• Maintain system documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

   

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (configuration, support, rollout).
• Good working knowledge of accounting principles and finance-related processes (e.g., general ledger, AP/AR).
• Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-location environments.
• Professional-level English (spoken and written) for effective collaboration with international teams.

• Based in Ukraine or Eastern Europe with strong ability to work remotely and independently.

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with Business Central extensions and third-party integrations.
• Previous involvement in international ERP rollouts.

• German language skills are an advantage.
