Art Designer Offline

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Art Designer. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms, including websites and social media.
• Develop and maintain the visual identity of the company brand across all design assets.
• Create and enforce design guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
• Design marketing materials, such as banners, infographics, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Design unique and memorable logos that represent the company's identity.
• Design graphics and interfaces that are responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes.
• Create custom illustrations that align with the company's branding and messaging.
  
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Art Designer, or similar role, preferably in the iGaming, entertainment, or tech industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital work: banners, social media assets, branding, UI elements, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), Figma, and AI tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with responsive design across desktop and mobile platforms.
• The ability to create both static and animated visuals is a plus.
• Preferably experience with typography applied to physical materials, such as merchandise or printed assets.
• Strong eye for branding, storytelling, and visual identity creation.
• Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Basic English proficiency (A2–B1 level preferred) for internal communication and collaboration.
• Excellent collaboration skills; ability to work closely with marketing, UI/UX, and product teams.
• Strong communication and feedback-handling abilities.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, and self-motivated mindset.
• Passion for gaming, design trends, and digital aesthetics.
