Strong Junior Project Manager Offline

We are looking for an organized and motivated Junior Project Manager (part-time) to join our team and support the delivery of digital products for international clients in SaaS, AI, and tech.

This role is a great fit for someone who already has commercial experience (1+ year) and wants to continue developing in IT project management while working part-time.

You will work closely with designers, business analysts, and clients, gaining hands-on experience in real projects – from websites to web and mobile applications.

What you will do:

• Plan and organize tasks, monitor deadlines, and support on-time delivery
• Track project scope, update statuses in ClickUp, and maintain clear project documentation
• Coordinate communication between clients and the internal team
• Support designers by helping prioritize tasks and balance workload
• Prepare regular project reports and updates for stakeholders and facilitate team syncs
• Collaborate with the Business Analyst on daily project activities
• Identify risks and blockers early and assist in resolving them
• Support different phases of the project lifecycle – from initiation to delivery and closure

Requirements:

• 1+ year of commercial experience in IT project management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of tasks
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• English level B1+ (Intermediate) for written and spoken client communication
• Theoretical knowledge of Agile project management, including: Scrum / Kanban basics, backlog management, and prioritization
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals:
  • Scope, timeline, and workload management
  • Risk identification and mitigation
  • Stakeholder communication
• Experience with software development projects
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and digital product design is a plus, but not required
