Junior Project Manager

We are looking for an organized and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of digital products for international clients in SaaS, AI, and tech. This role is a great starting point for someone looking to grow in IT project management and gain hands-on experience with real design and development projects — from websites to mobile and web applications.

What you will do:

• Plan and organize tasks, monitor deadlines, and support on-time delivery
• Keep track of project scope, update statuses in ClickUp, and ensure clear documentation
• Coordinate communication between clients and the internal team
• Support designers by helping prioritize tasks and manage workload
• Write regular project updates to stakeholders and facilitate team syncs
• Collaborate with BA on daily business
• Identify risks and blockers early, and assist in resolving them
• Learn and support different phases of the project life cycle — from initiation to closing
   

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Initiative and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to take responsibility and ownership of tasks
• English: at least B1 (Intermediate) for client communication via email and calls
• Basic understanding of project management principles, such as:
  • Scope, timeline, and budget management
  • Risk identification and mitigation
  • Communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with software development projects (websites, mobile apps, web apps)
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX and digital product design is a plus, but not mandatory
• Previous experience in project management in IT area (internships, freelance, volunteering) is a plus
