Middle Technical Writer

At QPM, we are looking for a skilled Technical Writer ready to grow into a Business Analyst role. You will start by structuring product knowledge (Help Center, documentation, release notes) and progressively move into requirements analysis and product discovery.

What you’ll do:

As a technical writer:

• Write and update Help Center articles in English and Ukrainian
• Migrate and structure legacy documentation in Confluence
• Maintain technical guides and release notes
• Collaborate with Devs, QA, UX, PM to verify and clarify content

As a future BA:

• Analyze user feedback and UX questions
• Participate in product requirement discussions
• Draft business flows, logic diagrams, and user flows
• Collaborate closely with the BA and PdM

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a technical writer in B2B product teams
• English — C1+, Ukrainian — native
• Confident with Confluence, Jira, Slack, Miro, ClickUp/Asana
• Structured thinking, systems mindset, attention to detail
• Strong interest in business analysis and product logic

Bonus points for:

• Experience in BA / PM / Implementation roles
• BA-related certifications or education
• UX documentation skills or experience visualizing product flows
