Halon Partners is a fast-growing international iGaming company. We launch large-scale online gambling projects across global markets and actively invest in the growth of our clients and internal teams.

 

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a talented Head of Brand & Growth to take full ownership of one of our key brands focused on the DACH market.

 

About the Role

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position for someone ready to act as a β€œmini CMO” and product owner. You'll be responsible for brand growth, player experience, and business performance β€” with direct influence over marketing, operations, and long-term scalability.
You'll work directly with the founders and enjoy full ownership and freedom to execute.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the P&L, product performance, and daily operations of the brand
  • Lead acquisition, retention, promotions, and VIP efforts in collaboration with central teams
  • Optimize conversion funnels, player journeys, UX flows, and bonus mechanics
  • Coordinate closely with CRM, payments, marketing, and support teams
  • Drive creative campaigns and experiments to boost engagement and LTV
  • Monitor and act on key KPIs (player behavior, revenue, product health)
  • Manage smaller projects or integrations with third-party tools
  • Report directly to founders on brand growth and business results

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in iGaming in roles such as Brand Manager, Country Manager, Product Owner, or Growth Lead
  • Previous work with Curacao-licensed operators or similar environments
  • Strong business ownership mindset and user-centric thinking
  • Deep knowledge of online casino products, player psychology, and acquisition funnels
  • Data-driven, analytical, and action-oriented
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive, independent, and results-focused

     

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Background in startups or small, agile teams
  • Hands-on experience across CRM, VIP, Creative, and Product functions
